Klaus Schindelar, together with Attila Dogudan, spent the last twenty years building up the famous Do&Co Catering company. Then one day he thought it was time to try something new. Klaus Schindelar has been the Chef de cuisine at Hotel Modul since 2003. ?I was attracted by the idea of working with young people“, says Schindelar, ?although a little less stress would be nice, but in a hotel which hosts so many events and caters for a such a wide range of guests, from big business clients to small private parties„ and with its own À la carte restaurant and an extensive Catering Service I suppose a little bit of stress is to be expected.?
