- Sunday brunch
Every Sunday at noon we have our well-loved brunch for the whole family. In the summer months we offer an excellent summer menu in place of the brunch. - Live Cooking
In the Restaurant and in the catering department we cook in front of our guests. At the pasta buffet, noodles are being tossed in olive oil, while nearby the roast is just being carved – total freshness and a great experience! - Mediterranean and Asian influences
The cuisines of Italy and Austria have become almost standard fare in Austria and for this reason we have made them a regular feature on our menu here at Modul. - Festive cuisine
For events, celebrations and catering we offer a specialised menu. From festive buffets to the Flying Cocktail, a mini-menu of several courses which can be eaten on the move. You can find more information under our Catering Offers. - Light fare
We have created a menu which is especially light and rich in vitamins for seminars. - Modul Bar
Too late for breakfast? Don’t worry. From 10 am on you can have it at the bar. In the evening, how about a classic Bloody Mary, an exquisite single malt or a Modul Night Cup (one part each of Myers Rum, Tequila and Apricot brandy shaken over crushed ice, finished off with orange juice and served chilled-a classy way to round off the evening).
